Every order ships from our clinic in Mile End, Adelaide, with tracking. We deliver Australia-wide and don't currently ship internationally or offer express delivery.

Dispatch times
- In-stock panels are dispatched from our Adelaide clinic as soon as possible.
- Pre-orders are dispatched within 4 weeks of ordering. We'll email you when your order is on its way.
- Wheeled floor stands ship separately in their own box and may arrive on a different day to your panel.
Returns
Change of mind
We don't accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, so please choose carefully. If you're not sure which panel is right for you, contact us before you order and we'll help you decide.
Faulty or damaged products
If your panel or stand arrives damaged, or develops a fault, contact us at support@ultraclinicsaustralia.com or call 0402 354 052. Please include your order number, a description of the problem, and photos or a short video. We'll assess it and arrange a repair, replacement or refund, and we'll cover the cost of return shipping for faulty items.
For items damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and keep the original packaging.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
